Visit Bird Island on every tour. Bird Island is one of the top 10 bird rookeries in Florida. There are 14 bird species roosting and nesting on the island, including threatened and endangered species.

The tour includes history of the Manatee Pocket, the St. Lucie River, the Indian River Lagoon, and the Intracoastal Waterway. We troll with a small plankton and zooplankton net to fill our discovery scopes and magnify the juvenile life in the estuary.
